HOSPITALITY RIDER – 17TH FLOOR
EACH OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE REQUESTED TO PROVIDE THE SMOOTHEST SHOW “IF ALL POSSIBLE”: WE’RE NOT STRICT BUT IF POSSIBLE PLEASE PROVIDE.
DRESSING ROOMS –
Provide (1) Large climate controlled dressing room.
Room should have adequate seating/dining for 9 people (Chairs and Tables
PRIVATE Bathroom
Well lit dressing area
Cups for drinking , Plastic Eating Utensils (For 9 People)
THIS ROOM WILL REMAIN PRIVATE AND USED SOLELY FOR 17TH FLOOR LOCKABLE AND KEY TO BE GIVEN TO THE TOUR
REQUIRED IN DRESSING ROOM:
6 Towels
1 (10 lbs.) Bags of Ice
1 Case of Water (Ozarka /Ice Mountain -Spring Water, )
1 Case of Pepsi
1 Case of Sprite or 2 gallons or Sweet Tea
1 Tray Assorted Fruit
Meals should include at least: 2 Meats ( Chicken Tenders or Fish with French Fries ) or Pizza 2-Meat Lovers, and 1 -Chicken, Sausage & Pepperoni & Mushrooms & Garden Salad with Thousand Island and Italian Dressing
A CASH MEAL BUYOUT MAY BE SUBSTITUTED AT $20 (TWENTY DOLLARS) PER PERSON PER MEAL (7)
Food arrangements shall be set up with Tour Manager when show is advanced

HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS
4 (four ) DOUBLE HOTEL ROOMS * IF POSSIBLE
1 non-smoking double rooms
3 smoking double rooms *
Hotels must be of a nationally recognized chain
For Example: Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, La Quinta Inn, Double Tree, Fairfield Inn & Suites
These rooms are to be booked at minimum of ONE weeks prior to performance. .
Hotel confirmation numbers to be sent to Tour Manager upon booking
Parking at Hotel must accommodate a Van & Trailer
Should be with in close proximity of venue (20 miles maximum distance)
VENUE PARKING
A space shall be reserved for van & trailer for soundcheck and show performance at least 30 minutes upon scheduled arrival time and remain available until departure.
Any Parking Fees that may apply for entire stay shall be paid by Venue/Promoter
This space should be near Venue or Stage
• Security personnel must keep anyone not associated with the show off the stage at ALL times.
Backstage Passes will be issued by Tour Manager to accompany Tickets if needed
MEET AND GREETS
Meet and Greets are scheduled typically before the performance.
Tour manager will inform Venue Representative of any Meet and Greets
2 Security Personnel is needed to escort Artist from Backstage to location
Temporary Barricade needed for crowd control (IF NECESSARY)

THESE REQUESTS ARE MADE TO HELP MAKE THAT PERFORMANCE POSSIBLE.
